2021年眨眼又過去了。在年終之前,讓我們聚在一起,好好享受滋養自己的一天。上午從舞蹈治療師帶領的「即興舞蹈工作坊」,享受自由舞動、釋放身心的時刻;到下午在「瑜伽。坐禪」的穩定練習,重新正念地連結身體與呼吸;再以靜聽頌缽聲頻作結,讓身心靈也得到同步放鬆、休息。從動態到靜態,放慢節奏,一起享受活著的喜悅與奇蹟。
